A decade of building together.

Our Story

We met at Northwestern and UChicago doing informatics and patient engagement research — NSF-funded work at academic medical centers, behavior change applied to complex care settings. From there we led product, growth, and client functions serving health systems, payers, and life sciences. We built and scaled healthcare products, designed engagement systems reaching millions of patients, and spent a long time learning what works and what doesn't.

We started Socium because engagement has fundamentally changed. You don't need an expensive platform anymore, but reaching people is harder than ever.

Close to the build

We run our own research and build our own products. That's how we deliver work we'd actually stand behind.
